This is a testament of the countless blessings and testimonies God, through His Son-Jesus Christ, has given Mark Canfora Ministries to minister to those in need of encouragement, hope and healing.
"Today I picked up a copy of your book to share with a father whose daughter committed suicide this week. I have a 5 yr old with lots of questions and she was asking about your book. I explained a little of what it was about and she wanted to see a picture of your son. She then asked me if... he was in heaven. I told her yes he was, because he had asked Jesus to forgive him of his sins and asked Jesus to come into his heart and save him. He believed that Jesus died on the cross for his sin and wanted Him to be King over his life. This is all stuff she has heard before. Well today for whatever reason, it clicked. She says, "Mama - I need to get saved, I have not done that and I want to see Jesus someday. How can I get Him in my heart?" I went over it again with her asking her questions making sure she understood. So today prayed to receive Christ." "I was wearing my Covenant Christian shirt on a job site this morning and the man commented on the word “Christian” on my shirt. The conversation eventually turned to him telling me a story about how his 13 year old son recently lost his mother to an overdose and although he is a good kid, is like many other kids his age, he is trying to successfully navigate through the many bad influences of the world. He went on to tell me how he just bought his son a CD from a Christian rapper in hopes of weaning him off of the garbage that he currently listens to and his son actually liked it. You see where this is headed? Uh huh it was the latest Lecrae CD." "Not sure if it was merely coincidence or His hand at work, but in either case, I mentioned to him about your Ministry and that you were bringing in Lecrae on April 11th as part of your Celebration of Hope. His Dad sounded as if he would bring his son." Ty Florida "Geez, How heartbreaking about College Spring Break. I truly believe this may be one of the reasons the Lord moved you all to Florida. It sounds like this has been going on forever, and no one has seriously considered what’s been happening; all the unnecessary tragedies, much less try to develop a plan to stop this madness. Mark Jr. can't help, talk to or save us, Only Jesus can do these things, and I'm sure Mark Jr. would want all of his loved ones to know this. Your faith and words of salvation helps focus on what we have to look forward to in heaven with Jesus Christ, our Savior and Marky. This holiday season will be one of the hardest to get through.
